Romantic wedding on Fraueninsel

I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of these two enchanting people last October. Nicola and I hit it off immediately from our first phone call. She told me she had designed and sewn her dress herself and shared her vision with me. I was so excited! And before we knew it, the big day arrived. Nicola and Lukas celebrated with their immediate family, and we took a boat to Fraueninsel (Women's Island). We naturally used the few minutes on deck to take some portraits. Once there, it's just a short walk to the beautiful and stylish registry office. (I highly recommend it!)

And a short time later, Nicola and Lukas were married.

Just before my ship took me back to the other side, I was thankfully able to persuade the two of them to do a short photo session. I wish you both all the very best, lots of happiness and love for your future together.
